Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Thursday
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Hourly

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant to support of the company’s operations and employees. Daily responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison for communications between the Director and other department leaders.
  • Create correspondence and presentations when needed.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, answer questions and direct calls to the
    appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings plus events.
  • Coordinate multiple calendars.
  • Maintain personnel records and reports, vacations, and timesheets.
  • Interact with internal and external clients along with vendors.
  • Prepares purchase orders, packing slips, customer invoices, schedule plant shipping, as well as incoming and outgoing UPS & LTL freight.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of office administrative experience.
  • Proficient in accounting knowledge and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with trust and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle changes in priorities and interruptions during work hours.
