ULTRACOAT PURCHASING ORDER SPECIFICATION
Seller Acceptance. The order is an offer by Buyer to purchase the products from Seller on the Terms of the Order. The contract is formed when the Seller accepts the offer of the Buyer.
Price. The purchase price of the Products is set forth on the face of the purchase order, unless it is unavailable at the time of issuing the order. Seller will notify the price upon receiving the order.
Quality. All goods, materials and articles ordered hereunder will be accepted, subject to Buyer’s inspection within a reasonable time after arrival at destination. Components are to be inspected for conformance to order specifications. The level of inspection and frequency of samples will be determined by “Ultracoat” as required. Any defect found in the sampling will be rejected and Seller notified.
Releases. Unless specified differently in the Order, Seller shall deliver Products in strict conformance with the dates, quantities and deliver method determined by Seller and agreed upon by Buyer.
